We offer flat rate rentals, for 10 hours. 12pm-10pm or 2pm-12am(midnight) 

Yes, we are an open vendor event space. All licensed and insured vendors are welcome!

Yes, liquor is allowed however, a licensed and insured bartender must be hired to serve at your event if you choose to bring alcohol. Ask about our preferred vendors!

Yes, we specialize in custom back drops, props, luxe balloons and more! 

Yes, we have different options of tables and chairs. Ask about them when booking!

We have a kitchenette with an island and full size refrigerator. 

We are an open vendor venue, however, we do require all vendors working with our venue to be licensed and insured. 

Yes, soft play and bounce houses are encouraged for children's parties! Ask about our add-ons! 

Included with the venue rental is 2 bluetooth speakers. You can also hire a Dj for entertainment.

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date and your balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Deposit reserves your date.
